This is a book of motoring articles compiled from leading international magazines covering Triumph TR6 and Triumph TR6PI sports cars from 1969 to 1976. With contemporary road and comparison tests, new model introductions, specification and technical data, driver’s impressions, buying guide and restoration. In keeping with TR tradition the Triumph TR6 changed little from the TR5 except in respect to feel and appearance. The inner body structure was retained and a new set of outer panels designed. No changes were made to the engine although there were minor changes to the suspension. Until production ceased in 1976 there were few changes; chrome bumpers grew rubber over-riders, the engine’s compression ratio dropped less than one point and a few gauges were altered
