Brief easy-to-follow instructions are given for the servicing and repair of the Citroen Relay and Peugeot Boxer vehicles with 2.8-litre HDi diesel engine and the 2.5-litre engines with and without turbocharger, as fitted to the Fiat Ducato since 1994.
All engines are manufactured by SOFIM, but have different type identification, depending on the manufacturer. The basic type code of the engine is, however, 8140. Numbers and letters behind the engine type refer to the particular version, fitted to a certain vehicle.
